FALSE ADVERTISING - CPA violation!

I came across a fantastic deal on the CellC website, when i called the call center to enquire about opening the contract i was told that the deal only applies to clients who are being \bought out"of their current contracts. i then proceeded to read the terms and conditions of the deal and and no where did it state that this deal was exempt from new business. I was told that the issue would be escalated"
