False Advertising! Can't call 0860 numbers on "Any Network" minutes!
I have a Cell C contract which have minutes and data included, but it seems that Cell C has decided that I cannot call a 0860 / 0861 / 087 number. This means that I cannot phone emergency numbers, insurance numbers, ambulance, call center numbers etc.
I have even purchased extra "any network" minutes and still I am not allowed to phone one of these numbers? The voice promt tells you to recharge your phone and by buying extra minutes it still does not allow you to make calls to these numbers.
This is shocking! What do you do in case of an emergency? I would expect Cell C to sort this out and stop false advertising their minutes as "any network", because clearly I can't call any network!

Toll free numbers are telephone numbers with distinct three-digit codes that can be dialed from landlines with no charge to the person placing the call. Such numbers allow callers to reach businesses and individuals out of the area without being charged a long-distance fee for the call.
You can recharge your account of increase you monthly usage limit for you to be able to make calls to these numbers.
