False Advertising

My husband and I upgraded in July at the Cell C store in Menlyn. The service from your consultant was excellent, however, Cell C advertised false information.

We upgraded to Samsung A11, and the adverti*****t mentioned in comes with a free phone cover and screen protector. When asked about this, the rep said it would be in the box. Needless to say there was nothing in the box. The Cell C rep then said they contacted Samsung and are waiting for the covers and screen protectors. He let me know now, that Samsung made a mistake and the cover and screen protectors are not part of the deal.

In my view this is false advertising from Cell C, and even if it is Samsungs mistake, they should supply us with the covers and screen protectors as advertised.
