false advertising/bad service

I am so tired of explaining this over and over and it falls on deaf ears! In a nut Shell they promote something which they don't have stock on then promise you the promotion only not to deliver. When you call him 5 times nothing gets done or the phone gets put down on you...when you ask for a case number they give you one from a previous call. Three days ago they where meant to listen to my voice recording..still nothing! Social media will hear from me warning everyone about cell c if I am not assisted.
