FALSE ADVERTISING

Good day

I bought a Samsung S20 from Cell C that was supposed to come with Head phones as per their adverti*****t during September 2020. i was never given my head set and I was told to come fetch them after a week as they needed to request them from Samsung. i did as advised and went to the store but i was told that they have not received my head sets. I have sent emails, went to the store and even called without any assistance and the only thing i was told was they still did not receive them. How do you advertise something that you know that you will not give to customers. i need my headsets as they were advertised with the phone i bought. if this is how you treat your customers then it is not right. If you advertise something and when you are supposed to deliver you dont deliver that is false advertising or maybe your employees are the only people entitled to the headset as me as a customer i did not get them. i need an answer as in yesterday as i have been patient enough with you.
