False Advertising and Terrible Service

<p>Dear Hellopeter</p> <p> </p> <p>This would be my second time writing about the same problem from Cell C they did contact me after my first complaint but nothing they promised that was adevertized was given attention. I feel they were playing for time but as my approval stands I have the original documents of Cell C approving us on a buy out contract two move two of our contracts from Vodacom and they will settle it and give us the balance of buy out. This deal was approved in 2016 October and I am still paying Vodacom, I now have instead of Cell C contracts I have my original two from vodacom, they keep telling me they will take it up with senior management but never any replies. I can go on and on and on about the complete structure of the deal but want you and everyone to know that the buy out was and is in my eyes a sales gimmick and the reception on their contracts is not as they advertise in cenimas and tv. I am taking this to the ombudsman then to Broadcasting Complaints for false advertisng and I will even try contact Carte Blanche because I believe their are many more with the same problem.
