False advertising and terrible service

I signed up for a Cell C contract 2 months ago at a "special" rate of R149 a month for 15gigs.

Since then I have been billed R299 a month and every time i call in to query it someone promises to follow up and call me back the next day - this has happened 3 times now with no resolution.

Additionally when i call in I am transferred from department to department with no one able to explain why this happens.

plus the data only works half the time anyways
