False advertising and ripp off

<p>I took a 5Gig + 15gig night surfer for R99 a month in Cell c Mall of the North.I asked a consultant if I was going to pay R99 only he said yes and I highlighted that they must cap my data usage limit to R0 because I want to pay R99.With the first month I realized that I have been charged R199 for Smart data for the current month it says current usage is R226.86 which I don't understand where it comes from.I've been monitoring my usage 1 and I still have night data which I do most of the downloads at night.Right now what I am asking is a simple thing to cap my usage to R0 as I want to pay R99 or cancell my contract as per Cpa I am allowed to cancell a contract within set time if I am not happy with it.Please.</p>
