False advertising and no customer service

Yet again, I upgrade with Cell C knowing what a mustake I’m making!!!! AGAIN they prove to me that I only matter when they’re trying to get my business!!!! The consultant phpned constantly until he got my business, now he doesn’t have the decency to return my call after 3 requests and doing half a job on my upgrade. I also confirmed my address but he sent it to the wring address. Phoned in to make sure the address is corrected so the phone can be deluvered and the person I explained the situation to NEVER SENT IT TO THE COURIERS!!!!! Gad to phone in again! Nor has the Agent who was requested to phone me last week Thursday, bothered to phone me. USELESS BUNCH!!!! Be warned, Cell C advertises falsely just to catch you. Now its stories. EVERTIME I upgrade theres a problem which costs me time to resolve it and evertime I eventually have to go to Hellopeter to get it resolved but the consultant had made his money for stuffing up!!!! Had more than enough.
