FALSE ADVERTISING AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
FALSE ADVERTISING. CELL C WHY DO YOU ADVERTISE SPIN AND WIN WHEN IT NO LONGER EXISTS. FOR THE FOURTH TIME I HAVE RECEIVED NO SPINS WHEN PURCHASING AIRTIME AND DATA. I HAVE REPORTED THIS BUT NO RESOLUTION.

15 Oct 2021, 15:26I dial *127# It gives options but does not say.....you have won 4 spins etc. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing. Nothing on four seperate occasions. So I dial 1 for spin now and it says... Sorry, no sipins left. But I HAVE NOT RECEIVED SPINS!!! I have missed out four times and all Cell C do is send me reference numbers!!!
I have phoned the customer care and messaged them but nobody does anything to solve the matter.
If you cannot help I will take the matter further on social media
