False advertising and fed up with cellc fibre and octotel

Can you believe not even having my fibre contract from cell c fibre. Octotel has the audacity to change my line from 10mb line to 15mb line. Ihave signed for 10mb line that is in my budget worki g short time in this covid19. I have sent emails and to cellc accounts their managers said they understand and it will be sorted out its more than a month now. I wont pay more than 599 i signed for my 10mb line. After a year you can increase contract. I have a cellphone contract and it stays like that until you upgrade. Or they sort this out asap like the adds they still give out from cell c for 599 or i stop all payments to cell c fibre. I had enough now if its not payments they cant pick up its taking hard working people for fools with false advertising not stating they will just change yiur package how it pleases them. What is complete bull****
