False advertising and bad service

Cell-C has aproved an upgrade for a device REDMAGIC 6S PRO, thank I recieved. Damaged, and returned as per policy. 3 weeks of no new replacement phone, contract got canceled. Replaced previose contract with new, but same device as previosely. Close to four weeks and still no new device. Sudenly there is no stock, and lately phone was discontinued by supplier. Handset was spesificaly chosen for gameing application because of good specs. Now they want to smeer a infurior model on US for same price, with in Botha instances will not suffice. I will be satisfied with same or upgraded version only. No lesser device. Yet, they are still advertising the same handset in the latest brosure, however it has been discontinued..?
