False advertising

<p>I called the sales department around 3rd week of Septemeber 2016 ,084 145 looking for a phone,the consultant said Galaxy note 5 was on special for R399 /PM with 10gb once off for 90 days ,I then said I was intestested in the deal , When I received the phone ,and looked at the contract I realised that the package they gave me was not the one we agreed upon with the male consultant I spoke to at the time ,which was R 399/PM with 10gb once off data for 90 , I have called in many times to try and get a resolution,firstly theyy telling me they cannot find the recording for that day , and the lady (TshepoMahlangu) that took over the application insists that she told me that the deal was for R 499 ,on Epic R200,MTN has the same phone for R 429/pm with 500mb and 10gb once off data for 90 days ,why would I apply for a package where I get less and pay more.?If Cell c is not prepared to work out a solution to this query ,Can they please come take their phone back ,and I will apply for another phone with another service provider .</p>
