False advertising
Be very careful regarding false advertising. I took out a laptop contract with 1year Microsoft license. However the licence has alreqdy expired 31 Dec 2022 And not getting a new voucher for my licence. It's an impossible situation.

It's ridiculous.
Even if I query tomorrow or in a month I will get the the same reply. The store is working on it. But that where it stays. Working on it. No solution.
