False advertising

I am a new customer to Cell C, I ordered a contract cell phone from them which they said the device will be delivered the next day. Delivery did not happen as promised, on the second day delivery did happen but only a starter pack was delivered to me. No one called to okay this with me and i received an sms stating that due the the high demand of the product I had ordered the delivery of my order will be delayed. I have asked the sales team to contact me so I can cancel my order but cell c has avoided contacting me. Why would you sell something that you do not have in stock?! What am I supposed to do with this sim card?!
