False advertising

I am obviously dealing with a bunch of *****. I app**** for a contract in December - the ad clearly stated (and still does) that when you purchase a Samsung S21 Ultra, you get a free S-Pen and cover.

I have been calling so many times to log queries on this and every time you "resolve", you tell me something obvious, which I am aware of, that the phone does not come with these accessories. You don't even have the decency to call me - instead I need to call you to get this feedback, after being transferred various consultants. This really highlights your incompetence. It's also clear that you do not know your products/what you're selling.

Can I please have someone who knows what they are doing call me back so I can have a proper explanation of why you keep resolving my issue incorrectly. I have even giving you the details that I need so that I can claim the accessories myself from Samsung, but you are still not getting it right. I definitely will not recommend you to someone looking for a new contract at this stage. I will be taking this further.
