False advertising

As a loyal customer for 4 years now I'm extremely upset on the poor level of service I have been getting from cell c

I upgraded my contract and chose the P40 lite devise you advertised that was on promotion nothing on your page or adverti*****t showed that the device had limited stock or there is no stock due to the covid 19 lockdown as your trained staff who assisted me did not advise me of this matter that there was no stock nor was I informed about this matter this should be told to customers this is poor advertising and service for such a big consumer.

I contacted your face book page i was not assisted was rather given alot of excuses I have attached the conversation wit your trained staff and that is the type of assistance I got

Realy very upset wit this matter
