False Advertising

I recently upgraded to the new Samsung S23 Ultra and received delivery of my phone on the 16th February 2023. On all adverti*****ts for the new Samsung S23 Ultra, it states that you will receive double storage plus a Galaxy Tab S6 Lite, I however did not receive tablet. I have called numerous times to follow up as to why my tablet was not delivered with the phone. I am being sent from pillar to post. According to one Cell C agent,Samsung must provide the tablet and not them. The adverti*****t however does not show that Samsung will provide the tablet, It is the Cell C adverti*****t, so I expect the tablet from them. Samsung has sent messages congratulating me on the new phone and offering a discount of the Tab S6 lite Book cover. My question here who must provide the tablet? Why is Cell C not honouring their adverti*****t?
