False Advertising

Cell C is falsely advertising upgrade contracts on there webb site at lower prices. When you contact them to take advantage of the deal it is not honoured. Pinnacle 10G advertised at R1069 pm over 36month with the Samsung S21 Plus. On enquiry you get told the actual price is R1369. The same mistake is found on multiple devices. I contacted Cell C for assistance but they were not interested in resolving the matter. I have been a loyal customer for many years and am saddened that such a big company would stoop to such low *********l measures. There is a reason Cell C considered the worst of all the operatora in SA.
