False advertising

On 10 February 2015 i called the call centre to find out when my contract was up for renewal, I was told it will cancel on the 14 Feb 2015, I asked for specials and was advised to go onto the website. I saw a deal with a Nokia Lumia 730 with a Xbox @ R269 pm. I asked the consultant about the deal he asked me to call 143. I did that ans spoke to Jeniffer who advised me that the special is no longer available,and I am looking on the wrong site for the deals.I said it was advitised and I want the special. I said if she cant help put someone on the phone that will. She asked for a screen shot of the special and I then spoke to her teamleader Nirvanna, who advised me that she has escallated the problem.Within an hour of my call the advert was removed of the site.I called the next day and left messages for Nirvanna and again on Thursday,She did tell her staff to advise me that there was no special and that its just to illistrate that the phone is compatible with the Xbox.I spoke to Regen who told me that if I wanted the special I needed to go a dealer and cell c is not giving away any Xbox.I then spoke to Nicolette who tried to assist but says I do not have any proof
