false advertising

I saw an adverti*****t on TV stating that on cell you can chat for free on Facebook but then am being charged 100 times ...the network is bad but it doesn't stop cell c to chop my airtime and bundles... I feel like am being charged for those who are chatting for free...I called the call centre and I was told to download the app \Internet. org"and log in to Facebook using that app I downloaded the app but still am being charged.. when I call the call centre still can't get help...all I want is my airtime back ...cell c must stop making false advertising... if I don't get help I will make sure I tell everyone my experience with cell c..<br> """
