False advertising

I'm due for upgrade with cell c and I went on their website and downloaded the monthly booklet. I saw a laptop deal which I was interested in so I contacted almost all the stores in KZN to check if they have this deal. Some say it's been discontinued and some say they don't have this deal. I contacted customer care and upgrades department numerous times as how can it be discontinued if it's in this months booklet and today is the 2 August. They must not advise it if it's not available. I will understand if it was out of stock as it was only for a certain amount of customers but to say it's discontinued and make other excuses is really not right.
