false advertising
You are advertising deals in your monthly pamphlet for example the 300gb sim only data deal for R899 but as soon as you go to a cell c shop they show you a notice that it is not available. Than you are falsely advertising products to waste your customers time to go in store.
My contract is coming to an end now with cell c and I will cancel it. I can't complain about the service because there is non.
