FALSE ADVERTISING

I am really failing to understand why CELL C is failing to resolve such an easy simple query. Since i logged a call on the 13-08-2018 regarding the promotion that CELL C had. as per the sms received, i had to download/register a CELL C app and get 500mb which i did but received no data. WAS THIS ONE OF THOSE FALSE ADVERTISING sms's that normaly get sent to people??? Now the huge problem i have is that i have been FLOODED with sms's with different reference numbers stating that my query has been received and will be attended to shortly, that was since the 13-08-2018 till today and when i call a call center i have been given different stories and all different attitudes. I think for false advertising, flooding my inbox with useless sms's and wasting my TIME. 500MB will not even make me feel any good so you guys need to sort this out for me urgently and see how you ill compensate me. Re member, I AM YOUR CLIENT what you putting me through is not fair. I have been asking to speak to someone in charge at the call centre and been told that they all busy and when request to be called back still that does not happen. I think i can do a better job as a consultant in your call canter because people handling query are being controlled by emotions instead of doing what they should be doing best which is giving the best customer service ever seen and get more complements that getting a lot of complain. I NEED THIS SORTED TODAY AS MY TIME HAS BEEN WASTED FOR 9 DAYS. If i cant get that data should have been told from day 1 i called last reference number received ********** 064 out of other million reference numbers received
