False advertising
Please be carefull Of Cell C False advertising and False promises. We were offered a S9 with an R500 voucher the day of delivery we were told they were sold out and that an consultant from JHB will phone us the same lies were told we were back at the store and the same lies were told. I phoned head office and customer service and to my dissappointment they dont care what the stores promise the client. They got the comission and now the lies and bad customer service start. I wanted to take my 5 contracts currently over to Cell C but i wont they just are concerned about their targets they dont worry about their customers.

30 Jul 2018, 08:52I did replly on saturday and tried phoning twice i were outside in the garden and have asked to be notified when you want to call so that i will be at my phone after that email was send i waited two hours and i went outside
