False Advertising
I attended one of your cellc stores situtated at gateway on the 1st upon my arrival as i walked into the store i saw the attached promoted on one of their display tables together with the demo phone. I asked one of the consultants if the device attached to the promotion was the XA2 Ultra and i recieved the response of YES.
I then advised the consultant to go ahead with my upgrade as i would like to have this device and package which was being advertised to my surprise I was then told that the device i requested which is the XA2 Ultra is not at that price but at a higher price.
I am the cost more and i want what was advertised in your store at gateway i walked in this morning and it was still being advertised whichi then took out the picture attached to this mail.
It is not my problem that your store is advertising false packages and prices but i want my contract upgraded to that or i will go to Hello Peter and Wendy Nolla to make it know that customer service is not your priority and your store has been false advertising products.
The deal was the Xperia XA2 Ultra .on the pinnical 150 @ R349
I have requested assistance on many occasions and up until this day i have gotten no joy out of this.

14 May 2018, 15:52The feed back i recieved was being made a fool of by one of your consultants after telling me that they could not do anything because according to the store they advised me that the deal was no long available am i now that stupid to not understand that if someone tells me that it means its no longer there however i was not told this on the 1st when i went in store i had contacted the manager of the store after tryingto mail and call the help services and got nowhere that is when the manager of the store told me overthe phone that the deal is expired i work for vodacom and i am aware that the deal period can be extended so if i had walked into a store on a holiday and your deal was still on display how is that any of my problem i guess the customer in your industry doesnt have a right when it comes to the CPA law this is really fustrating
