False Advertising
I have recently noticed that every time I load airtime to my sim, small amounts of my airtime get deducted even if i have not sent a message or made an outgoing call to someone. I have a whatsapp bundle loaded on my sim and each time i send a message there it still uses of my airtime, despite the whatsapp bundle being loaded...

01 Feb 2018, 07:46How will they communicate with me? because this seriously cant continue. what is the point then of the whatsapp bundle...? and just for the record, when i called the call centre, i was advised last that it was background data, ever since, each phone i use, i disable the data that runs in the background... and again today it occurred...

CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CONTACT ME TO SORT THIS OUT BECAUSE IT WAS ALSO BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION THAT THEY DIDN'T EVEN LOG A CASE ON THE SYSTEM AS I WAS ASKED ABOUT MY QUERY MULTIPLE TIMES WHEN I CALLED THE CALL CENTRE TO FIND OUT WHAT THE WAY FORWARD WOULD BE...
