False advertising
Last month I saw an advert regarding their new bundles called social bundle. I bought for R249 and received 2GB data plus 1.5 GB social bundle data; 1800 anynet minutes and 300 sms. Today for the same value they are offering 2GB data plus 1.5GB social data BUT 150 anynet minutes and 300 sms for the same amount of R249. I never received any communication regarding their change in tariffs. Cell C is quick to place adverts to hook clients yet the do not keep their promises no inform thier client about any changes? 1800 anynet minutes to 150 anynet minutes yet no data or sms has been increased for the same value of money. Had I knew about their false adverting to hook clients I wouldn't have referred my friends and family. Cell C is full of lies and you mislead people.
