false advertising
I got a contract with cellc the J5 special for R250 n you get 100minutes,100sms's and 100 Mb then special was 10Gig for 6months but i just checked my balance everything was loaded besides my 10gig when i call your call centre an agent says it's 10gig valid for 6months but the poster on the didn't specify that! This is false advertising if the poster was clear that the 10gig was a once of thing i wouldn't have bought this phone cause i have a router contract with you. I want my data for the 6months or i want to cancel my contract. your agents all keep saying they will get back to me i need feedback asap
