False Advertising
My wife renewed her contract 2 weeks ago to the pinnacle 250 for the Note 8 which included 2GB data x 24 months to this day the data has not been loaded on the contract. Your advert online and in the booklet clearly stated that you will get the following: PINNACLE 250 @ R949 250 MINUTES 250 SMSs/MMSs 250 MB DATA +2GB free DATA per month x 24 You can send someone to collect your phone I will take a new contract with a different provider instead of being ******.
