False Advertising

I received a sms stating Facebook is free from July 1. It is not free, even my Facebook app states that no charges apply, I still get billed for using Facebook. The technical guy, khulani msomi, blames me and the handset and asks me how do I set my apps to only update/work over WiFi. How can he ask me since he is the one that is supposed to assist me? I close all apps running, check my balance, recheck my balance to see if any app is still running, nothing, no extra charges. I then go onto Facebook and refresh, check my data again and boom, I still get charged for only using Facebook. Phoned the cancellation department, the kind lady informs me that since I am on contract, the free Facebook is only from next month. Very strange since all the adds telling me Facebook is free from July 1. Shocking how *********** your staff is including management. Funny story is that I do not even get signal inside a Cell C store. Can't stop laughing... Perhaps I am the fool for staying with cell c. After this contract, never again. You just fail in an EPIC way.
