False advertising

cell c south Africa,I am contracted to your company as a client that pays every month,I do not mind paying for the services you provide,but on a national television you advertise free Facebook & free whats app but you still charge me.you are a huge company,I fail to understand why would you run such a huge campaign about free networking but you still charge your clients,that is false advertising and it is bad to deceive customers with false advertising just to build your database.I have pictures that proves the difference before and after Facebook. It prove that I was charged during my Facebook use.i screen grabbed bill before and after Facebook use just after 2 minutes I was charged.My question is what is your meaning of \FREE FACEBOOK "\""FREE WHATS APP\"" if we are still being charged after you made us believe you do not charge for such services.false advertising for such a huge brand is embarrassing and very bad.Get this resolved or don't advertise it @ all.I do not mind paying for your services"
