False Advertising

I can not believe Cell C! They put up a deal on their website, after numerous calls to get the contract, I am told the Terms and Conditions protect them for Print and Pricing errors. I did read the Terms and Conditions before calling the call centre. After constant following up on this and waiting for an update for the whole day, I am called by Thembeka and am informed of the T&C's that were not there in the morning. Why was i NOT INFORMED OF THIS IN THE MORNING WHEN I CALLED, IF THIS WAS THE CASE?! I called the Head Office, ITC checks were done and all was well. Why the sudden change? Thembeka is a supervisor at the Head Office why was she unaware of this during the First call? She specifically stated after I forwarded screenshots that a case would be logged on my behalf in this regard so that it can be escalated. The website where the ad was suddenly DOES NOT EXIST? One minute we are told it was a contract buy out option, I speak to someone else and am informed that the EPIC DEAL is to be taken up in store? I call the store and then I am transfered to the Head Office. Why is CELL C making their lack of efficiency and accuracy my problem. Such Dischonesty!
