FALSE ADVERTISING

According to advertising whats app is for free on cell c, well its not as i was told by a call centre agent that it is only free when you are on contract and if you are on pre paid it is only free if you have a blackberry 8520. REALLY? i was told that this is indicated in the terms and conditions, it is not in there it however states that you have to be on the mega bonus or all day per second package. i was on mega bonus and changed to all day per second and still no free whats app and i even loaded data on my phone.
