False advertising.
So after another week of empty promises. I still have not gotton any feedback. I am so fed up with CellC. Ombudsman is my next step.

It's pefitic to say the least.
Phone your Rustenburg branch for the details on how I was misleaded with a laptop contract. I am done explaining my story over and over every single week and then just get a reply the store is working on my query but that is where it ends.
