False adverti*****t, *****ing money from people

I contacted Cell c to apply for a contract phone. I was told it is approved and i should wait for delivery within seven days. To my surprise the delivery was for sim cards with no phone. The started dedudting my money before i get the phone. I enquired to find out where the phones are only to find out they have been out of stock for almost three months. I asked them to cancel the offer and they have been taking me from pilar to post. The other numbers keep on saying they are experiencing technical problems. Call centre is telling me i have to find the sales person that helped me and he is nowhere to be found. I am really sick and tired of this company.
