Good day
I took out a data deal 40gb for R279 plus a free Router in the month of July 2018. The deal came with Flexi Black Premium subscription for 3months Free.
Suddenly today 20/08/2018, I cannot watch Black again and when I went to the Cell C Branch in Newtown Junction, I was informed that the deal was cut on the 10th of August. the Agents could not explain to me and told me that I have to buy content from now onwards if I want to watch something on it.
My complaint is that the contract said Flexi Black Premium subscription for 3months Free, this is what I signed up for. Then this is false advertising as the deal is still available in their August 2018 deals.
I would like to have the benefits that I was promised when I took out the contract.
