I opened a contract at Cell C, the package included a HP laptop, router and 4Gig Data. The laptop i received was not as advertised, and is very slow. There is not even such a laptop on their catalogue, i do not know how they can give customers wrong products.

10 Jan 2018, 11:36Yes, he has. I went to Cell C Kolonnade to return the goods as he has instructed me to do. Today is the 7th day of my purchase. The shop was offline, and refused to accept the goods without contacting head office. So now this becomes a problem for ME again as I am being send up and down. I have consulted my lawyer. I think they will be best to deal with this matter.

Yes, he has. I went to Cell C Kolonnade to return the goods as he has instructed me to do. Today is the 7th day of my purchase. The shop was offline, and refused to accept the goods without contacting head office. So now this becomes a problem for ME again as I am being send up and down. I have consulted my lawyer. I think they will be best to deal with this matter.

P.S. i am still in possession of the products, as the manager refused to take the goods: as according to HIM the laptop is functioning at "normal speed". We did however discover that it is in fact a 4Gig RAM laptop. so i do apologize for the incorrect information provided, but I was told that it is a 2Gig RAM at the shop the day i bought it.
