Thuli Bukhosi called me on the second week April, she said she's calling from mtn and that I won 2 phones, she said the other phone would be free and I will only pay R139 for the other one, only one phone was delivered I called and she said the other one is on the way. She didn't tell me that I would be paying for both phones on contract I only discovered this morning when I was called by another call center agent. She failed to explain that I would be paying for both phones and when I called her she was very rude and didn't act as a person who is in the wrong
