False adverti*****t

<p>I saw a package advertised on tv twice, upon calling cell c numerous occasions nobody seemed to kno what I was talking about. After 1week of calling to and fro , finally spoke to a team leader who assisted by saying he will direct this issue to the relevant department. Waited the whole day no response. I called back only to speak to yet another consultant who put me on hold saying that the team leader is busy on another call. The supervisor did not call me back. The consultants insist that there is no such package for that price. So why is cell c doing false advertising? This particular phone comes with headgear that you only can redeem until the 7 July 2016. Because of this poor service I'm still without my phone and package and won't be able to redeem the headgear!</p>
