FALSE ACCUSATION OF ACCOUNT IN ARREARS!!!!!!!!

I am at my wits end with Cell C, I keep getting lawyer calls saying my account is in arrears but when I email its gets sais that an account was mistaken created on my profile. I am tired now of the calls, the threats and the rude people that call! Cell C sort this out now! Like I said if i am in arrears with my account then prove it because every month the debit order has gone off! Now I get an sms from HP attorneys saying that the cost has been charged to my account????? I need this sorted ASAP because I am not paying for something that is an error!!!!!! Also get warned to be blacklisted.......SORT THIS OUT NOW! I AM FED UP!!!!!!!!!!!!
