False accounts opened in my ID

Two accounts have been opened **********ly in my name. It's been over 4 weeks to get the contract copies to prove this. Affidavits an lawyers letters have been sent an yet there is no one competent enough to deal with this to close it out. This is stopping me from buying a home!!! No wonder people find cell c pathetic... No customer service at all...
