False account and refusal to disclose the account information

From June 2022 I started seeing debit orders on my account from Cell C, then knowing that I don't have account with Cell C i reversed it, then again in July 2022 and I reversed it and again in August 2022, that was then I received calls from Cell c telling me of the account that I am owing. I told them that I don't have an account with them, and further requested information of the person who allegedly used my details to open an account, then they didn't not want to give me, so that I could as well open a ******** case, but they want my information which I refused to disclosed. Suddenly they call me on my MTN number to tell me to pay that ***** account, what I am asking myself is that why they don't call they number that they issued that alleged person contract with, and with this POPIA Act, how did they access my information because I didn't not give them that information. Anyone who is a Lawyer, I need advice to deal with this. And warning people not to give any of their information to Cell C staff. I also want the documents the person used to open an account, so that I could open a case as well for that person to use my details.
