**** reports and photos

I sent my contract phone in for repairs, but because of water damage (or so Cell C says), it could not be repaired or replaced. They send me a photo of my phone which showed the corrosion and rust. When I had my phone opened by a cell phone shop, there was none of the rust or corrosion as indicated on the photo Cell C sent me. I showed it to a Cell C employee and got verbal confirmation that there was not rust or corrosion. Over and above, there is nothing wrong with my phone accept for the battery which was loose. That I fixed with a little piece of paper and haven't had a problem so far. I am told that ONLY technicians can ID rust and corrosion. Why was it sent to me then? Maybe Cell C should offer me a job since I can detect rust AND I managed to fix my own phone. Cell C, why did you send me false photos of my phone? Are you not in breach of contract because of this? I have proof that I'm telling the truth. You only have a photo of A phone. I find this unacceptable and want a proper explanation as to why this all happened!
