**** promises, and lies

After i complaint on hello peter cell c was quick to respond saying someone is looking into this and will contact me shortly to resolve this issue. This never happened I’m still waiting to hear from them. I also called the legal department after I paid a sent them a pop and asked for a confirmation statement that shows that I paid as I was promised once I paid it’s been a week I still did not receive any payment confirmation. In fact it was a nightmare to get through to MDB (cell c legal department) they were rode with attitude. They wouldn’t let me speak to a supervisor the minute I asked to speak to a supervisor they put the phone down. All I wanted is a confirmation statement that I paid like I was promised a week ago how hard is that with today’s technology ? Absolutely shocking that’s all I can say.
