**** fiber promotion

Cell C promised me a **** fiber promotion when i signed up for connection. A consultant called Sibusiso signed me up beginning of December 2018 and told me there was a 3 months free fiber and billing will only start after the 3 months period. While on holiday after installation Cell C attempted a debit into my account in December, January and February which was not supposed to be. I sent an email to support *** countless times to get clarification why a debit was loaded in contradiction to the promotion running. I never got a response to-date, instead i have been getting calls from Cell C finance team telling me i should just pay all the amount on my account. I called customer service the consultant checked and confirmed there was indeed a promotion running at the time of my signing and she could pick it up on the system, however my case had been handed to legal. she further forwarded my call to legal team who told me there is nothing they can do i should just pay the whole amount owing and the person from legal dropped the call on me because i disputed. I dont have a problem paying for what i owe except the charged amount for the promotion duration.
