<p>My name is D.R KGATLE. I was offered a contrat with CELL C via telephone for a tablet. they send me a wrong staff a smart phone instead of a tablet. i called them the following day to let the know that they send me a wrong product. they assured me that they will send a courier to collect the phone which they did the following day. i then ordered them to cancell the whole contract. later on they send me invoices that i owe then an amount of R6300. i never had their phone nor utilised their data as i returned both the sim and the wrong phone...they even promised to blacklist me if i dont pay them.</p>
