<p>In january 2016 i got a call from cell c offering me a new device as i was due for an upgrade. they offered me a phone i had never seen, AG MOBILE GHOTST. it was delivered to me the next day and i phoned them back to come and collect it as it was not a phone i would ever buy and use, it was collected the next day as agreed. Begining of June i notices a debit of about R1400 on my account when i called cell c they said that same phone was active and being used under my name, they said i must do a police report and take it to a cell c store after i had done that i was given a refence number and that was it. today again that same debit went off my account. no one seems to have answers</p>
