Faith is the rudest Cell C Customer person
I was called by Faith from Cell C collections today at 8:44 am. This must be the rudest person I have yet spoken to in the cellphone industry. While on the line shouting over me, she suddenly found my payments from November and December - something she should have done before she called me. I challenge Management at Cell C to listen to this recording as this was absolutely despicable. When will we have a Cellular Company in SA that actually cares about Customers??? Anyone care to join me leaving Cell C?
