Failure to update records!!!!!!!!

I'm so disappointed in the service provided by cell c, after paying my account in full, they still have not updated my records and this listing appears on my credit report, this is so upsetting as I am encountering so many issues that are affecting my future because of this listing and because of this companies inability to update records. This company is quick to demand but fails to deliver on their end of the deal!!!!!!
